When you book a therapy session, the price includes a tailored mix of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, energy healing, NLP, IEMT,trauma work, sound therapy and/or past life regression, depending on your needs.
The first session is usually about getting to know each other and discussing your goals.
Every massage session includes energy work, crystal healing, and sound therapy to enhance relaxation and balance your energy. While massages are most effective as part of the Newer Mind Method journey, you can also book them individually to enjoy their full benefits.
